| It is my pleasure to give a reference for Custom PC Solutions. We have had Jon working on our computers for more than five years now, and have always had great results with his work. Prior to finding out about Jon, we had two different companies work on our computers, and it seems we were constantly calling them for things that were supposed to have been fixed. The first time I had Jon come out, he resolved a problem the others couldn’t. We had a new server and complete update on our computers in early 2005, and they work exactly the way he said they would. His rates are better than most computer companies in our area. He comes out as quickly as possible when he is needed, and never treats a question as though it doesn’t matter.
